It is pretty shocking that I see so many adults that walk through a parking lot or past a street corner for that matter, and don’t look both ways before walking out where traffic could be coming. I saw it at work the other day, some millennial got out of his car and ran through the traffic lane without even looking if cars were coming! Wow! Can you believe that?? He was lucky that myself and the car in front of me weren’t any closer or going any faster!
Where did this common sense to always watch out for your surroundings and your personal safety fall to the wayside?
I mean seriously, look both ways when you are about to walk into a traffic lane! If you don’t you may become a victim of the process of natural selection and get taken out! Come on people, don't rely on someone else looking for you, you have to always look out for yourself and for others around you. Just sayin…
I would love to hear if you have noticed this about people too. Feel free to share your story with me at Hello@ElizabethLBalmer.com. I look forward to hearing from you!
And of course, if you know someone that may need a possible laugh or is probably thinking the same as I am, please share this blog with them. I would appreciate you sharing it with others!
